Resumo

Esta revisão sistemática analisa as evidências sobre a eficácia do exercício terapêutico em músicos instrumentais, uma população equiparada a atletas de alto desempenho, mas tradicionalmente negligenciada no campo da biossaúde. Utilizando critérios PRISMA e a escala PEDro, foram selecionados ensaios clínicos randomizados extraídos do banco de dados PubMed. Os resultados mostram uma redução significativa na dor e melhora funcional, embora ainda existam dúvidas sobre a segurança e aplicabilidade desses protocolos. Destaca-se a necessidade de pesquisas adicionais para consolidar estratégias terapêuticas baseadas em evidências para otimizar a saúde dos músicos. Palavras-chave: Músicos. Dor musculoesquelética.
